Hello Bitcoiners,
What an incredible experience at Bitcoin Amsterdam! With over 5,000 attendees, there was so much talent from Europe and beyond. I had the privilege of meeting many of you in person, and the energy and passion of the Bitcoin community continue to inspire me.
During the event, I had the chance to talk with David Bailey, owner of Bitcoin Magazine and the driving force behind getting Trump to speak at the Nashville conference, bringing Bitcoin into political discussions. We discussed the upcoming U.S. election, which we both believe will be critically important for Bitcoin’s near-term performance. While Bailey acknowledged that Trump doesn’t fully grasp Bitcoin, he shared his belief that if Trump is re-elected, Middle Eastern countries like Saudi Arabia and Qatar won’t be able to ignore the U.S. establishing a Bitcoin Strategic Reserve.
There were countless great talks and panels, but one that really touched me was from Maya Parbhoe, who is running for Bitcoin president of Suriname. She shared her personal story of fiat corruption which was deeply felt by the audience. Although her talk wasn't on the main stage and might take some time to be released, it's definitely one to look out for.

Bitcoin Antwerp
Last week, I had the pleasure of attending the Bitcoin Antwerp conference, held in one of the most historic venues ever for a Bitcoin event—the Antwerp Merchant Exchange. In the 16th century, the Antwerp Exchange played a major role in the development of money, making it the perfect setting to discuss the future of money. The atmosphere was sincere, heartfelt, and genuine, with moments like Tuur De Meester being moved to tears. The event, along with the carrot mask, made it into the local newspapers, featuring pro-Bitcoin articles.
With the conferences behind us, I’m excited to return to our regular weekly newsletters. I still need to catch up on the many messages you’ve sent, and I’ll be responding to them over the next few days. Thank you for your continued support! 👊
